Pricing questions
What's the difference between the cloud and the desktop?
The screens and features are the same. In the cloud you pay monthly, sign in from any browser and we take care of backups and updates. On the desktop you pay yearly, the data is on your computer or server and you can work without the Internet (the program checks the licence when it connects). See the comparison.
Is the employee portal paid separately?
No. It is included in the SME and Advisory editions, with no per-employee cost. If you use the desktop, the portal and clock-in work through the cloud, synchronised with your program.
How many computers can I use with the desktop version?
Each licence states its workstations (devices). If you need more, it can be extended at any time. And if you change computers, we free up the old one's seat.
Is there a minimum term or a setup fee?
There is no minimum term in the cloud and no setup fee. If you decide to leave, you take your data with you.
What if I go over 10 employees with Basic?
The program warns you when you register employee number 11. You move to SME straight away and the menu expands without losing anything.
