FacturaGesTOTAL RRHH
Payroll and social security

Accurate payroll, explained line by line

At the heart of FacturaGesTOTAL RRHH is a complete payroll engine, designed for a company's day-to-day and for an advisory firm's volume. It calculates, explains, closes, pays and files: from the employee's registration to form 190.

Calculation

Everything a real payslip includes

Each pay item knows how it is calculated (fixed amount, per day, per hour, percentage or formula), whether it is subject to contributions and tax, whether it is in kind, whether it counts towards extra payments or the sick-leave base, and its Social Security code. The system items come ready to use; you can create your own without calling anyone.

  • Collective agreements with their categories, pay scales, reviews, allowances, seniority and automatic category changes.
  • Extra payments prorated or paid separately, summer, Christmas or profit-sharing, in proportion to time worked.
  • Temporary incapacity due to illness, accident, maternity or paternity, with the collective agreement top-ups and previous days of leave.
  • Overtime, variable pay and monthly events, which can be imported from a spreadsheet or from clock-in.
  • Arrears from collective agreement reviews, settled in the appropriate month.
  • Garnishments using the minimum wage scale and several garnishments at once, loans and advances with their instalments.
  • Allowances and mileage, flexible remuneration (health insurance, transport, childcare, training) and pension plans.
  • Part-time contracts, permanent seasonal workers with their call-ups, agricultural and domestic regimes and special employment relationships.
Income tax

The withholding rate, calculated as the regulations say

Withholding is calculated with the general procedure of the Income Tax Regulations: family situation, children and ascendants, disability, geographical mobility, maintenance payments, housing and the foreseeable variable pay for the year. The payslip explains where the percentage comes from, and the program only adjusts it when something changes (a child, a salary change, a new contract).

  • Employee's form 145 with its date and data, to have it at hand for an inspection.
  • Monthly or quarterly form 111 and annual form 190, with other recipients (professionals, board members…).
  • Non-residents: forms 216 and 296.
  • Withholding certificate for each employee, who can also download it from their portal.
