The law, built into the program
A fine for not keeping a time record, a surcharge for filing social security late or a claim over a miscalculation cost far more than a program. FacturaGesTOTAL RRHH has employment, social security, tax and data protection obligations built in, and keeps them up to date.

Always up to date
Every year the minimum and maximum bases, rates, MEI, minimum wage and withholding tables change. In FacturaGesTOTAL RRHH this data lives in the legal tables for each year, which arrive with the updates: you don't have to type anything, and if a regulation is published late (as happens with many contribution orders), the program calculates the arrears due when it arrives.
We also check the Official State Gazette (BOE) every day: as soon as the contribution order, the minimum wage decree or a change to income tax (IRPF) is published, we load it into the software, and Nora, the assistant, knows it from that moment on.
And not just figures: the watcher also flags new employment laws, and Nora checks the current text of the Workers' Statute, the General Social Security Act and the rest of employment law, which the software downloads from the BOE every week.
And with explanations
Knowing the calculation is right is not enough: you need to be able to explain it. Every line of the payslip carries its explanation and every screen its help with the applicable regulation. When an employee asks why a certain percentage is withheld, or an inspector asks for the time record, the answer is one click away.
