What you do in the demo (fictitious data or whatever you type) is deleted when you leave or after two hours of inactivity.
Customer data in the program
When a company or advisory firm uses FacturaGesTOTAL RRHH in the cloud, we process its employees' data as a data processor on behalf of the customer, who is the controller, under the data processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR). The data is hosted on servers in the European Union and is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law.
Recipients
We do not disclose data to third parties unless required by law. We use hosting and email providers acting as data processors.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to (to be completed). If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
This site only uses technical cookies, necessary for it to work and exempt from consent (art. 22.2 LSSI):
- rrhh and rrhh.sig: session and protection of forms against forged submissions. They are deleted when you sign out or after 12 hours.
- rh_admin_confianza: only for service administrators who tick “remember this browser” (30 days).
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The website's photos are loaded from Unsplash's image service, which receives your browser's IP address in order to serve them, like any web server.
