The HR office, on every employee's phone
The employee portal puts an end to “how many days of holiday do I have left?” calls, printed payslips and paper timesheets. Each employee has their own access, with large text if they need it and help in every section. It works on iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows and Mac, and installs on the home screen like an app.

Clock in
Clock in, pause and clock out with one tap, with location if the company requires it, or by scanning the workplace's QR code. Employees see their hours for today, the week and the month, and can request a correction explaining the reason.
Holidays and leave
Request holidays, personal days or any leave in the collective agreement. See the remaining balance and the dates blocked by the company. Their manager approves it from the portal and it reaches the payslip automatically.
Payslips and certificates
All their payslips and their withholding certificate, always available. Sign the acknowledgement without paper and download the PDF whenever needed.
Documents and signatures
Contracts, policies, PPE and equipment handovers: employees read and sign them on the portal, with a date and time record.
Expense claims
Photo of the receipt, mileage and allowances. With artificial intelligence enabled, the program reads the receipt and fills in the date, merchant and amount. The manager approves it and it is paid in the payslip.
Shifts and swaps
Their shift rota, public holidays and work calendar. They can propose a shift swap to a colleague and the manager approves it.
Training
Courses they are enrolled in, hours completed and certificates. They can request the training they are interested in.
Communication
Company announcements, events with registration, climate and eNPS surveys (anonymous if you wish), peer recognition and questions to HR.
Whistleblowing channel
Access to the internal reporting channel under Law 2/2023, with anonymous reports and follow-up by code.
Every manager, with their team
Team managers have their own section in the portal: they approve their people's holidays, clock-in corrections, shift swaps and expense claims, and see who is working right now, who is on holiday and who hasn't clocked in.

Everyone sees only their own data
Each employee signs in with their email and password, and only sees their own data. Invitations expire, passwords are stored encrypted, sessions can be closed from the management app and clock-in devices can be deregistered at any time. All traffic is encrypted.
For the company, the portal isn't a separate program: it's the same database. What an employee requests or clocks appears instantly in the management app and in their payslip, with no file imports and no double typing.
