Calculate, close and issue payslips for all your companies at once
Choose the companies (or a group of companies), the month and what you want to do: calculate, close and generate the payslips. The program does it and gives you a report per company with the number of payslips, net pay, cost and any warnings. If one company has a problem, the rest carry on.

Each client gets their own documents, without preparing a single email
“Documentation for companies” prepares for each client the payslips, the payroll summary, the social security contributions, form 111 and the month's accounting entry, and emails them to each company's documentation address or leaves them for you in a ZIP file. What was sent, when and to whom is logged.
Everything you send is saved automatically in each client's document archive, every file in its folder (payroll, social security, tax). If you correct a month and send it again, it is updated and the previous version is kept.
And when the client has their employees on the portal, payslips reach them directly: less work for you and a better service for them.
What a firm needs besides payroll
Invoicing of services
Rates per service (payslips, new hires, terminations, settlements, contracts…) general or per client. The program counts what you did each month and exports it for invoicing.
Transfers
Move an employee to another company, with or without subrogation, keeping their seniority and history.
Users and permissions
Each person in the firm with their own user, profile (administrator, manager or read-only) and only the companies they handle.
Switch without fear
Importers for the most widely used payroll programs in Spain: companies, employees, contracts, collective agreements, pay items, payroll history and ongoing sick leaves. For any other program, the 190 tax return and the Social Security ITA report, DBF tables, Excel or cloud HR tools through their API.
Compare with the previous program
It calculates the last imported month here and compares it employee by employee: gross pay, contribution bases, income tax, net pay and cost, with hints on what to check.
A document archive for every client
Deeds, tax registrations, service agreements, official requests and certificates for each company, by folder and year, with search, previous versions and a reminder before they expire. Stored inside the database: included in backups and in the cloud.
Client portal
Each client company signs in with the username and password you give it and sees everything you post in its archive: payslips, social security, taxes, your invoices, contracts, certificates… It downloads them whenever it likes and sends you its own documents from there, with an email alert. Anything you don't want it to see, you mark as hidden.
Labels and envelopes
Labels and envelopes with company or employee details for the paper mailings that are still needed.
Nora for your whole team
